Professional throughout the entire process from initial questions, getting an estimate, hammering out the customized details with many back and forth emails, stellar workmanship during construction, and ease of communication with Jasmine, the project manager. I am extremely disappointed by the way this company treated me today. To begin with, your representative arrived and parked in a clearly marked no-parking zone. When I politely asked him to move his vehicle, he immediately became argumentative and insisted he was not parked illegally, despite the no-parking sign being directly across from where he had parked.
