They are deceitful in their advertisement and shipping statements, they have horrible customer service and changed my product to a cheaper one without refunding me the difference. I placed an order two days after Thanksgiving and didn't get it until the beginning of January, despite a guaranteed delivery by Christmas, and I was still receiving promotional emails for them saying "Guaranteed delivery by Christmas" all the way until Mid-December.
