Recommended5 stars! All the 1&2 stars that people rate this place in my experience are completely false! We have had great service from them after the sale. Stopped in here to look at a used camper. Never have we been treated so poorly by a camper dealer!! Now that I’ve read their other reviews it looks like this is how they run their business. Never even got to look at the camper we were interested in. Glad we didn’t do business there!!
Took awhile to be greeted, we went to look at a used camper that had just been posted, " dont have it, it's gone" we don't have anyone to show you campers either" then in the same breath, " I sell 2 campers a day" he asked me where I was from, I said Hartford( the town just few miles down the road), he seemed to not care about that. Unfortunately my husband and I made the fateful mistake to buy a 2017 5th wheel from these people!!! 11 months later, we traded it in on a used 5th wheel in another state!! First reason being, we could not consciously enjoy any camping trip we made with that Goos purchase, too many horrible reminders of what we had to deal with!! My wife and I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment in our lives! The first thing the "owner" says when he came out to meet us was that he didn't tolerate kids. I had my two children with me along with my wife as we are shopping for our first camper. My kids were not misbehaving in the least, and this is the first thing he says. Went by to look at 2 RVs we had seen online. They wouldn't show us the RVs because "100s of people come by wanting to look at those" every day and asked if that's really what we wanted. We didn't stick around to be treated badly anymore.
