One of the few who takes his time.
What cardiologist's office NEVER has humans answering the phone, has that your message won't be heard for at least 48 hours and if you left a message within a 5 day range, don't leave another? how about calling your patients back, following up on their return visits, answering the phone when a paying patient calls!! I haven't gotten a human on the phone since August 2022. Till waiting on him or his office to call the pharmacy and approve the prescription he wrote. i truly think it's time for him to get new office staff becau... read more
Dr Gooray is awesome, HOWEVER... you can't get an appointment because no one picks up the phone and no one calls back. I have had to get a new Dr because I can't get an appointment...I am sad to have to leave him... but very unresponsive office staff!!!
Wonderful physician… takes his time. I would not know what to do without him.
