What cardiologist's office NEVER has humans answering the phone, has that your message won't be heard for at least 48 hours and if you left a message within a 5 day range, don't leave another? how about calling your patients back, following up on their return visits, answering the phone when a paying patient calls!! I haven't gotten a human on the phone since August 2022. Dr Gooray is awesome, HOWEVER... you can't get an appointment because no one picks up the phone and no one calls back. I have had to get a new Dr because I can't get an appointment...I am sad to have to leave him... but very unresponsive office staff!!!
Wonderful physician… takes his time. I would not know what to do without him.
