We arrived at Goondiwindi Tyre Service after blowing a tyre 80km north of Goondiwindi, thus leaving us with no spare. They replaced our tyre within the hour and provided us with such excellent service. Really greatful for their help.
The help was not helpful; they just did what they thought I wanted not what I asked them for like a quote for 5 new tyres, but eventually they did but I didn’t like the way they spoke to me! I when back to the other tires Dealer that I went one first and I got the tires from them instead; the other tires dealer help me so we could get new tires on my vehicle by Thursday lunchtime before we leave town on Friday morning and I think that is what I call very important in customer service not like the other tires dealer really ne... read more
