Top-quality Experience and Service On a recent road trip our family were in shock after seeing that our 4 month old dog had eaten half a stick of rat poison. It was early in the morning on a Sunday, and we knew nothing about the locality, but after finding Anna Gates’ number through a couple of online vet contacts, she calmly told us what we needed to do, acted quickly, and directed us to visit the Goondiwindi & District Veterinary Services clinic. Best Vet I have used. All staff are friendly, kind and puts the animals first. First class equipment. Highly recommend.
No compassion for wildlife. Vet on call Anzac Day public holiday, could not careless about wildlife. Told to just leave it as it will only die. Well it did overnight as we didn’t have equipment to help. Kept hydrated, kept feed, had broken leg. Succumb to injuries, early Tuesday morning. Could not allow anyone to take pet there, and encourage you to take wildlife elsewhere
Anna was amazing when I contacted her in regards to my son’s dog (also my baby) ended up with a head trauma. Kept me informed and worked long hours to care and save our beautiful girl. I can not thank Anna enough for keeping our baby alive. She is on the mend and already wanting to play ball 5 days after.
