Excellent & friendly staff
Warning to all, please read all reviews prior to considering going to this dodgy clinic. They have a high turnover of staff for a very good reason, The good DR’s don’t hang around!!! The manager Sandy Merkx is only in it for the money “YOUR MONEY” and her team of incompetent DR’s continue to bleed the local community. Can never get an appointment with gp you see.
Made an appointment for my partner no issues but went to make one for me the same day and was told they weren’t excepting people from outside Goolwa. Told her of my partners appointment and they gave me an appointment. It was for 4:50 got there at 4:45 having had done the paperwork online through their link and was told that I wasn’t early enough and they wouldn’t take me because they run on time. Very rude staff over the phone and in person
Cannot get appointment for weeks. No wonder there is slow service at victor harbor hospital. Perhaps you could get a dr who will euthanasia us oldies. This is Pam's review.
