One of the worst experiences we’ve had. We took the time to see Goolwa Kitchens and they promised a prompt quote and 7 weeks later, nothing. Not even an apology. Very arrogant. It was s blessing in disguise we didn’t use them.
Appalling service. We drove down there from Adelaide and spent the best part of a day briefing them on our new build. We followed them up for weeks and still had no quote. They kept making excuses. Eventually, after 7 weeks we gave up. Poor communication throughout and arrogantly non apologetic. Complete waste of time and thinking about it afterwards, we believe we were better off without them. Their selections were very limited also.
