I requested a repair to a scissor lifter on the side of my poptop van because the two pop rivets that attached it to the roof were broken. Four hours later they informed me that the van was ready to be picked up. On arrival I was informed that they had replaced the pop rivets with bolts and nuts....a good idea I thought. We would like to extend a massive thankyou to Gary and the team at Goolwa Caravan Centre. My partner and I hit the road yesterday with what we have now learned to be a very dodgy awning installation. Being fully booked out, Gary recognised the potential dangers of our faulty awning possibly coming off on the road, and sympathised with our problem so early in our 2.5 month trip.
