Everything I ate was absolutely delicious fried chicken, collard greens, sweet potatoes with pecans on top , broccoli casserole, and the hoe cakes. They never disappoint!! Update: 8/2026 Seems as if the recipes have changed. Both of my sides taste like fatback the blackeyed peas and Collards. I like fatback but can you at least lighten up on that a bit. Perhaps using smoked turkey in the Collards would be a better option.
Been here twice now. Food portions and quality are very good. The employers are very welcoming and the restaurant is pretty clean. Definitely would recommend.
