Wonderful customer service! The staff is welcoming and smiling. The manager promptly took care of an issue with my frequent -car wash ID card. Such a great experience!
I went to this car wash today around 1. As I was pulling into the wash, an employee appeared to be looking closely at one of my tires with concern, but no one said anything to me about anything. When I got home, I discovered my hubcap was halfway off. This is frustrating, as it could have come off while I was driving and created a safety hazard.
