On yesterday evening 8/30, I watched the guy working curse out a patron and call her all kinds of profanity laced names and become aggressive as if he was going to attack her. I will never patronize another Rich's.
The previous GooGoo did suck. Looks like the Rich's has new or updated equipment. I judge by the tire shine and this Sunday morning all looks great. 8/30/26
Customer service was horrible , workers disrespectful calling people out their name , laughing in his face in more , don’t not recommend. Period
