I have a membership and the lack of professionalism I receive today was terrible. The manager on shift April 26, 2026 (Sunday) was rude and pretended like he looked up my information and didn’t cause if he did the online app stated I was active and payment was taken out 3 days prior. Even though I showed proof he refused to let us enter the wash. Management needs to do better and be more concern with paying customers for their repeat business at this location.
Two stars are for the young man that helped finish the wash by hand. Zero for the watch itself. After running through the tunnel, there was still soap on the car. The only part of the car that got dry was the hood. The doors, quarter panels, fenders, side and back glass and tires were all still soaking wet. I had hoped this would be an improvement over the last brand, but it is not.
Wheel shine is out of order even though you pay for it. Vehicle does not come out dry and must be gone over with a towel to eliminate spots etc.
You don't get the services you pay for, at least on Carter Hill. Vacuums aren't strong, air cleaners are weak. No bug cleaner, (pre wash).
I've been a member of the car wash club for years! Great value to keep my wheels looking good always. Glad to have this location nearby for quick touch ups.
