I visited the 5709 Whitesville Rd, Columbus, GA 31904 location on 8/15/2025 at 1:04PM and my vehicle was damaged by their equipment. I entered the car wash tunnel with no issues/damage to my car but as soon as I exited the car wash tunnel my low tire pressure warning light came on showing that I had 21psi of tire pressure. I drove slowly into one of the vacuum cleaner parking stalls and got out of the car to see what was going on and saw that the valve stem tip on my front driver's side wheel had been completely broken off. ... read more
The car wash is not what it used to be. Paid for tire clean and it did nothing. I think it used to be better.
