The staff is rude ,mocked us as we were pulling up and kept banging our car with the brushes and still didn’t touch our tires or side of our car. We have been customers for about a year and the services is getting worse each time. We pay monthly for the wash where they’re supposed to prep your car’s windshield, windows, rims, sides, and back windshield/bumper. Treated very rudely. Was told to keep hands off tbe steering wheel during the pass thru the wash. I always do, got very rudely and nasty knocked hard on my window which 'jump scared' me by one of the workers, I was correcting the steering wheel because it keep going to the left I was trying to get it to straighten up, because I know how it works.
