I love this place. Great customer service ,
I purchased a monthly pass and visited several times each month. During one visit, the attendant instructed me to move forward, but the truck in front of me jumped off of the track and rolled back into my car, resulting in $1,400 in damages. The district manager witnessed the incident and asked me to obtain two estimates, assuring me that the situation would be resolved. However, it was not addressed. I find them to be untrustworthy and dishonest—use this service at your own risk and don't fall for their false promises.
This is the fourth time I have been to get my car washed and they had the cones out for being closed before 7 :00 pm. I pay a monthly membership and they are never open. One of the girls that works there and drives a white car flipped me off because I was trying to back out of the drive to leave after seeing the cones up. This is ridiculous and this business needs to close or hire decent people.
