The place could use a major clean up and repair job. I took my SUV through and it was like I never drove through it my truck was just wet but not clean. I was the first customer that morning and when I asked the young man did they provide towels to dry your vehicle he said they do but they didn't have any available. So if I'm the first customer how did you run out of towels? I couldn't even clean the inside of my vehicle because the vacuum didn't work go. I will never be returning there until they fix up the place.
I visited the 5709 Whitesville Rd, Columbus, GA 31904 location on 8/15/2025 at 1:04PM and my vehicle was damaged by their equipment. I entered the car wash tunnel with no issues/damage to my car but as soon as I exited the car wash tunnel my low tire pressure warning light came on showing that I had 21psi of tire pressure. I drove slowly into one of the vacuum cleaner parking stalls and got out of the car to see what was going on and saw that the valve stem tip on my front driver's side wheel had been completely broken off. ... read more
The car wash is not what it used to be. Paid for tire clean and it did nothing. I think it used to be better.
