The reception staff at Googong Veterinary Clinic were absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their work. The clinic itself is clean and well presented, which gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, our experience with the vet was disappointing. I found his manner quite abrasive and lacking in people skills. My dog, a large rescue German Shepherd, was understandably anxious, but the way the vet approached and stood over him to administer a vaccination felt unnecessarily domineering. Friendly and considerate staff, and Mark (the vet) is pragmatic and listens.
