I was not very satisfied at the service. I booked my child in for a check up and clean. When we got there they continually questioned if I wanted to go ahead with the clean even after confirming yes that I wanted the clean, to the point I felt that they really didn’t want to do the clean and told them not to worry about it. The dentist then looked in my child’s mouth for all of a minute or two and said he had some decay and then took some X-rays. They told me I need a referral to a specialist dentist and that was it. Treatment with Rosie was fast, professional and friendly. Communication was also excellent - I knew exactly what was happening at every step of the appointment. Highly recommended.
My first visit to Googong Dental was a pleasant one. I am nervous having dental work. Dr Sandeep was friendly, gentle and explained everything clearly as she went forward. The treatment was much quicker and relatively painless. Sandeep and her nurse (sorry can't recall her name) worked well as a team with respect. If you have a hear of dental work or even if you don't I highly recommend you pay Googong Dental a visit.
Sandeep was so lovely and helpful. Made me feel really comfortable, cost is great & atmosphere even better! Very lovely
