Service down almost constantly for past week, have had 3 technicians out, no resolution in sight, just the same issue and response over and over, we're working on it, no ETA on a resolution, getting master technicians, that apparently cant solve the issue either. So much for any kind of reliability in service.

After waiting for two years Google fiber is finally available in my neighborhood. I was told the installation would take 2 weeks. The very next day someone was here to set up fiber from the street to my house. I made an appointment for the finishing touches and it all took 6 days. Of course I purchased the 1000mbps, why wouldn't you.. The internet speeds will vary depending on the time of day you try to prove Google fiber wrong but that's to be expected.
