Leah was very kind and respectful right as I walked in. I came in during a rush and she still gave excellent service and was very responsive. Would definitely go again, very outgoing staff and great food.
today I came into the galley and I had the most amazing person working at the front desk. Her name was Charlotte and she was so kind and thoughtful and Helped me find a dish that I really liked. she was so patient with my son zachlari
Okay I understand gluten free bread falls apart.. but if someone places an order for a sandwich maybe it would be best to let them know it’s falling apart. I picked up the sandwich and it fell apart in my hands. The turkey didn’t taste fresh. I would suggest either not having gluten free bread or find a new source because if someone’s paying $15 for a sandwich I don’t think they will want it to fall apart before even taking a bite out of it.
If I lived anywhere close to Essex this would be an immediate go-to location for great food, delicious sweet pastries, gluten free options (!!!), and coffee. Several seating options as well if you’re looking to sit down and relax or get some work done. I got the egg salad sando and I’m gonna be thinking about that marvelous creation until I get to enjoy it again. The pastries I had were all great.
