They are heartless scammers, I invested $USD15,000.00, and later aggreviated to $USD95,980.00. I now requested for $USD57,000.00 to be paid on my Bank account. They never said no until one day one worker Mr Joel Peter came online to trade with me before the payment of the requested $USD57,000.00. He now trade with the whole $15,000 at a time and said it would be doubled or triple. I have done many times for my refi over the years, until I knew Hong Hu a couple of years ago. He is the best loan officer that I've worked with ever! We had recently another refinancing deal done successfully with the help of Ms. Li Jin. As she is familiar with our case of refinancing, we almost did very little before the deal was closed. She is courteous, friendly, and above all knowledgeable and professional. You only provide what is required of you and let her handle the rest. And then you wait for the deal to be done. The worst lender ever that I have been seen. Working unprofessional and rude customer service. We've been asked for unnecessary documents and made us very stressful through the entire loan process. Once we got our loan then they sold it to different lender. Do not recommend.

If you are looking for a great service with Googain Inc. look no further, ask for "Hong Hu". I have been with Hong Hu since 2014-Present. When Hong was with another company. Now every friend and family I have send to Hong for refinancing or purchase of a new home was very happy with VIP SERVICE.

Not professional business. They seem very sketchy. The agent I worked with didn't know majority of what I was asking. I guess maybe I got an unlucky draw but when I ask the owner to change another agent he refused. not worth the hassle. only reason i found this place was through a referral. Either they have no more money to lend out or they have enough business they don't need anymore. Either way you will not get any kind of deal for a new loan. Good luck if you get a terrible agent like mine.

Hong is excellent not only he is extremely knowledgeable about the Mortgage industry but also very detail thought out the whole process. He returns phone call or email or text timely.
