I feel the need to edit my previous review since the new owners have ruined a good thing!! The home, welcoming feeling is no longer there! Luckily the staff is! The only reason I am continuing to go there is because of the staff! I've been taking my cars here for years. Everyone has always been amazing to work with and I trust them to give me honest information.
The team at Varoom / GVT have serviced my vehicles for years their honesty and professionalism have earned my loyalty and my repeat business.
The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. My car was repaired and aligned in one day. I'm very pleased with that part of the service. Now for the reason I only gave four stars. What predicated this is the junk fee tacked on at the end of the bill. I was charged almost $80.00 for "shop supplies" In my mind this is an outrageous amount and was not told of it in advance.
