This place was great when they were Vrooom. Not so any more. Way too expensive. Today I requested a simple oil change. Appointment was set for 9AM. They started at 9:25. Why have an appointment? Also, when I got home, I saw oily handprints on the hood of my car and spilled oil in the engine compartment. I gave GVT several opportunities, but after today I will find another garage.
As a mobile mechanic there are some services and repairs such as alignments and A/C services i can not provide for my customers so I always refer my customers to GVT. They are professional, friendly and do quality work. If I trust them so can you.
Super fast
My check engine light went on. I thought it was probably the gas cap not being tightened correctly. It had happened before. The check engine light didn’t go off after several starts, I knew it was something else. I went to GVT in Little Canada without an appointment. They were able to get my car in & fixed in a short amount of time. Ryan was especially helpful. All the advisors & technicians were great as well! I’ve been going to this shop a long time. I appreciate them & highly recommend this shop
Immediate opening to repair my daughter’s car! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Excellent technology use: sent photos of problems with description of service needed. Sent texts to communicate during servicing.
