Brought our car in at 7 am for a diagnosis on ac. They asked do you need the car back at a certain time we said yes we have work in the morning. Ended up keeping the car all night without saying anything to me. I had to call 10 minutes before they closed to figure out I was not getting it tonight. Then in the morning I get a quote for 2700 valve cover gasket. I went in and questioned it cause I got other quotes and each one was under $600. Let's face it - the 3% charge for using a credit card is greedy, unfair, and terrible business - Cub, for example, doesn't charge this fee. The old ownership was better in regard to prices, no 3% fee, and I miss the old personnel, like Tony - why is he gone? Oil changes have zoomed up in price from the old charges, for example. I really will be considering going to Firestone or some small business place for services.
