I’ll give them a 5 star rating for customer service and getting it done. The pricing is fair and they have a good system going. They’ll let you know all that needs to be done with no pressure or “scam feelings.” If I couldn’t afford something they were very understanding and great on giving you mechanical information. Gotta take my jeep in tomorrow and see if they can help me.
My old girl is an '07 GMC Yukon w/ 253K which I bought used in '17. I've spent the last 3 summers with AC issues and Richard answered a community post stating he'd see what he could do; Chris took care of me when I arrived & fixed the leak while I waited! THEN the AC went out again; they had me come back as the compressor belt had broke- they replaced IT- then sent me on my way!! Very grateful to Richard & Chris and those who worked on my truck- and a really nice guy who stayed late to replace the belt after hours!
Mr Reynalds is very hands on, even got gas using his own vehicle! He knows Toyota's! We'll be back! Very impressed!
