TGIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD USE KINGSPORT TIRE AND NOT AUTO SOLUTIONS IN LYNN GARDEN!!!!! I brought my vehicle in to Auto Solutions for an oil filter leak and power loss. In the process of having this repaired, and oxygen censor and another part were "found" to be an issue as well. While repairing this the timing belt was also found in need to be replaced. Very helpful and friendly staff on the phone and in person. Storm was the associate that handled my needs and did so in a very professional manner. I asked many questions and Storm patiently answered them. Storm kept me up to date during the process and there were NO surprises when it was time to pay. The guys on the floor got the job done and I am very pleased with the entire process.
Customer service is important to these guys at Goodyear and I must say Todd is the best.
I took my 2015 chrysler 200 in for spark plug and ignition coil pack replacement and they said I needed a new engine I new what was wrong with my car I took it to another mechanic and they agreed with me that I didn't need a new engine only plugs and coil packs beware these people may try to overcharge and get every penny they can out of you not recommending them to anyone
