I brought my car in for service and they were so nice and efficient. I would definitely go back.
Great place. Ken is amazing. They did a wheel alignment and after done I noticed my left driver side window was off track. Ken took door apart and told me I needed a new roller kit. I asked him how much for repair, he said nothing, wouldn’t even take $10 for lunch. Its nice to know there are still some honest good people around
I changed two tires in June this year. Today I found that the tire production date is 2019. I will not go here again.
This message is for Ken, Austin and the wonderful technician that worked on my car. NY is in the midst of our heatwave and my AC conked out. After driving with no AC in 91+ degrees to 4 other places...the Good Year team took me in...with no appointment...thanks Eric! They took the time to do a complete evaluation and you know it...yes, the compressor. They completed my car...even after closing. It was a long day, but they sent me home with AC that like sitting on top of an iceberg! I really appreciate them. Thanks Guys!
