Oof. This is my second and final time ever trying a big brand location. I called and spoke with Joseph. He sounded nice, I advised I needed an oil change and tires but could schedule the oil change and discuss scheduling another time for my tires while there. He said sure, had me pick a time which I did and we were set. Good service at a good price
They took me right in . They gave me the greatest experience I have had . I know I came at a later time but they still treated me with great respect . I appreciate them a lot will come back in the future !
Being single older woman with limited income dropped car off with flat tire was told I need four new tires dry rot but they were only four years old. No sign of dry rot. Told tire was ruined because of valve stem leak. Told new tire would cost 120 dollars for a Chevy spark. Father told me no. Went to get car in middle of the night car wasn't even garaged and left unlocked in parking lot. Took care back went to another place fixed valve stem total price 15 dollars. We were coming home from the airport headed to Pima County when the driver side front wheel got punctured. Enrique went the extra mile to get us out on the road as quickly as possible at a rate that was crazy Cheap! Thanks guys!!
