Installed a plug on car for my camper, but did not install it correctly even though I gave them a copy of the diagram. Living out of state now and had to pay someone to fix it. Grrr
Horrible customer service. They give you half a second to reply to their hello before they hang up on you. Ended my interest on them.
Staff was very helpful. Our car had an odd sized tire which most dealers didn't stock. Within 24 hours, they were able to take delivery of the tire, mount it and have us on our way. Great people to do business with!!
