While I was being assisted by a professional and helpful female staff member, an employee identified as Mike intervened in a manner that was both disruptive and defamatory. Mike escorted the staff member toward the garage area where, in a volume clearly audible to myself and employees, he explicitly warned her to be "careful" with my account. I went for a simple patch to the tire...temporary so that it would give me time to buy a new tire...they refused...they wanted to make a tire sale I already knew what i needed a new tire, but not that day.. so I went to somewhere else and got honest service..quickly and courtesy...
I had my oil changed here and the experience was terrible. After the service, the oil maintenance light was not reset and no service sticker was placed on the windshield. When I checked the dipstick myself, the oil level appeared low and the oil was dark with a burnt smell.
