Drivers if you are hauling fresh rubber they will unload you 24/7. Shift change is 6am -715am and 6pm to 715pm do not come during those times. These guys are all awesome
Security and recieving personnel were professional and courteous. Yes you have to wait inside waiting room while being offloaded. Took 30mins. Not bad at all. Tandems to rear and chock both sides. Vending machines and bathrooms available in waiting area.
