Very disappointed; the birthday special was NOT as advertised and your attendant offered the service for 55 dollars. Said the most common oil 10-30 was not available and I said to use their regular brand. Anyway, I will write a review reflecting your wonderful service; you are a perfect example of upselling and my heartbreak goes out to all the seniors and poor ladies you beat up along the way. Took my neighbor here to get tires and an alignment. They had the car done on time and thoroughly explained the alignment to her so she could understand what she had done.
Update good year called us and offered to make this situation we had right. Offered a new price on repairs on our 2017 jeep Cherokee 🚙 . Thanks
