Horrible manager. Does not take care of his employees. I am not an employee. Just knew one.

I called and was told no wait. Waited almost two hours and they took someone on doesn’t of me for the same repair - simple tire plug. No updates, no explanation. Worst customer service ever. Only positive is that they sent a guy to my house 1 mile away to put air on my tire so I could drive to the shop. I always swear I won’t be back, but I am sticking to it this time. The convenient location isn’t worth the other inconvenience and poor customer service.
