When my vehicle recently had a breakdown on the 401 near Cobourg, I was grateful to reach Ian, the manager, at Goodyear on William Street in Cobourg on the phone before the shop closed. I felt assured that I had called the right place to get the vehicle towed there to be inspected the next day.
