3 out of 4 brand new workhorse ht tires have bubbles in sidewall at 6000 miles. Junk tires. Wasted 3 hours of my life getting a warranty inspection to not hear back from corporate for over 10 days.(still haven’t heard from them on day 12) Save your money don’t buy Goodyear tires.
in my opinion (in case i dont remember everything exactly) very bad "self service". alight doesn't process anything without you calling, they only allow calls 8am-4pm THEN requre a pin to talk to anyone which can only be sent via SNAIL MAIL helpLESS desk that's what you get for being too cheap sending too many jobs overseas stop the layoffs
I received multiple ads promoting a $100 Goodyear rebate when purchasing a new set of tires, including Duratrac models. After spending about $1.6K on a new set, I followed the rebate submission process exactly as instructed, but later found out my purchase did not qualify for the promotion. The promotion details were not clearly explained in the advertising. Very disappointing experience.
