I scheduled a tire change here and over the phone and asked about what tires would be best. The guy said he was between two brands for me and would make the decision when I came in. When I went in for my appointment, the manager was extremely rude to me. He told me multiple times that he was 'busy and couldn't help me if I didn't know what I wanted. I went in for an oil change and also asked them to diagnose my car for a grinding noise that was happening with it. After they took a look, they informed me that my car was leaking power steering fluid and needed a pressure hose replaced as well as the rack and pinion. The quote for this all to be fixed was about $1000. My stomach turned a little and I told them I would have to think about it.
