I went for a tyre issue on one of my rear tyre (my 4 tyres had only 10 000k)They find a hole on the upside of my tyre, not the flank. They advice me to change this tyre but i have a 4*4. In this kind of car the minimum is to change 2 tyres not just one. It's not good for the car. I asked them where was the hole and i left. The mechanic was furious. Found a screw in the tyre of my Hilux so thought I should get it checked out - booked it in for the same day. Guys at Goodyear were really helpful - pulled it out and found it was only short so no damage in the end. Pumped all my other tyres up as well and sent me on my way in 20 minutes, with no charge. Very friendly service, all with a smile as well - 5 stars easy.
