I’m reposting my review as the information I received was as ridiculous as the collection agency letter. See end of review for update. I’m absolutely furious!!! I just received a letter from a collection agency for a bill I was never aware of. I have not received a single bill from Goodyear Dental. Not a single one!!! Dr. TJ provided such a thorough and professional experience from start to finish. He carefully explained why I needed a crown and a night guard, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth, efficient, and well-organized, and I truly appreciated how attentive and detailed he was with my care.
