If it was just for the technician, it would be 10 stars. Only 4 stars cause of the wait time, but apparently they only had 1 tech on duty. Luis came out and had 2 tires on opposite sides of the trailer done in like 30 mins. Thank u for being professional and experienced and getting me back on the road as soon as u could
