Had a horrible road experience with one of their drivers. The vehicle license plate was C35633S with the name "Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service". This vehicle was tailgating about 2-3 feet from another car at 68 MPH in the HOV lane on I-5 North starting at around 175th St. This happened for several miles. We adjusted the cruise control down in 2mpg increments to adjust for their unsafe following speed and held speed at 60 mph They then passed and did a "brake check" at high speed. The gentlemen working when I visited were all trying to cover for a coworker that was sick. They made a point of getting me in the same day for tire rotation, and they didn’t even charge me. I will be back as soon as I need anything related to tires. You guys are great
They just rotated tires for free on my RV, and we didn't even purchase the tires from them. What?! That never happens these days. We're definitely coming back to them for tires!
I have a 26' motorhome with dual rear tires. One of the rear tires had a slow leak and I was having a hard time finding a place that could accommodate an RV. Dana and crew were not only able to patch my tire, but they provided invaluable information about RV tire care an maintenance. We will definitely be returning to this Goodyear when it is time to replace our tires! Thank you for all your help today guys!
