Our motorhome was in need of new tires, and Ruben and Raymond delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Both were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. Ruben’s passion for his work and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident, and it made for a truly positive experience. Southern Tire Mart at Pilot has earned a loyal customer. They will be my go- to for all future RV tire needs.
Reuben, the manager, provided outstanding customer service during what was a particularly difficult day for my family. His warm and personable demeanor, combined with his genuine attentiveness, made a stressful situation far more manageable. He went above and beyond by offering refreshments and ensuring we were comfortable indoors while our vehicle was being serviced. His professionalism and personal touch made a lasting impression. Highly recommended — 10/10.
Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying tires. Had a blow out on the freeway in or RV and Ruben got us going. Both Ruben and Raymond stayed late after hours to help.
