Absolute nightmare having Goodyear service vehicles.. we've had multiple oil changes turn into oil shooting everywhere from the filter. Extremely over-torqued lug nuts leading to broken wheel studs, and some of the worst communication know to man. Do not service your fleet or personal vehicles with Goodyear anywhere in middle Tn. That's my opinion.
They were super helpful and friendly, aired up my tires for me!
