1 star is very generous. Today is September 16 2024. Purchased a steer tire on April 9 2024. I've called them 8 times looking for payment on my tradein tire. AND the new tire I bought (628.24 dollars) is not as good as my trade,, it has River wear terrible with only 36000 miles and alignment is spot on.. Both John and Rodney never called back when they said they would. Both claim it's Goodyear holding things up..
