This review is for the after hours call center. If it wasn’t for Becca, Roselyn just to let you know that I would give it 0 stars if I could. You are very unprofessional over the phone. You over talked your customer and was very dismissive. You really need to either find another job or take some pointers from Becca. You have no idea what kind of day someone is having to be so unprofessional. Especially if the person showed you nothing but respect and manners. Heck you can actually take some customer service pointers from me.... read more
