Great group of technicians. They did an awesome job getting my truck together.
I found myself on I 65 at Glendale Kentucky exit with a low tire indicator pulled off and pulled into the Goodyear. Were they typically deal with commercial vehicles and these guys took my tire off drove me about 15 minutes down the road to a tire shop that had my tire in stock Brought me back to their shop mountedmy tire and sent me on my way. I can’t see it great things about the staff and these guys they stepped up and took care of me like I was family.
My daughters and I were on the interstate when my tire started rapidly leaking air (apparently, I ran over something small). I got off the nearest exit, where this shop was located. The store was closed, but an employee happened to see me. Although they were not open, Dakota was kind enough to help me to change my tire. He did this with no benefit of his own and helped me when he did not have to. I commend this company on the moral of the employees. We are thankful for Dakota and his kind and giving heart.

I was truly a damsel in distress this morning traveling along I65 when my low tire pressure light alerted me. Traveling alone I decided to pull off at the next exit intending to find some helpful soul at Pilot…but instead there was the Goodyear Tire and Service Center at the same exit. Truly a beacon sent from God :) Jeff helped me out and added air to all tires/reassured me and sent me on my way. And he wouldn’t even accept any payment for doing such a good deed.
