A young man helped me with my tire and was so kind and helpful. Lovely people
Had a driver that needed a whole new hub and tires for the trailer, they had everything in stock including 16ply 24.5 tires and wheels! We had a minor discrepancy on the final bill that was quickly handled fair and reasonably by Waylon the manager. We use STM all the time due to their fair and reasonable practices and usually a general understanding of most issues with their customers. We are on a 19 hour road trip from Michigan to Florida, and unfortunately hit a nail at some point along the way. We called many different places, but James was the only one to offer assistance. We were in and out in minutes, and they were so incredibly kind. Highly recommend!!
