Just had a mechanic or so called tech at the desk try to argue with me about the oil I use in my truck. You either have it or you can get it but according to this kid Lucas doesn’t make oil they make oil stabilizer and that’s it… where do they find these people
They most certainly will try to charge you for expensive parts that arent even necessary for the repair. Also, hitting me with a $150 “courier service” fee for having a part delivered to their store without ever mentioning that to me beforehand just seems like an out right scam. Truckers beware.
Tim the manager at this location left us speechless this morning. They took our truck in bay unfroze the brakes and check out everything on our trailer in no time and they didn’t want to charge us a dime.
came passing through and we got a flat tire couldn’t find the air pump at pilot and we asked them if they could either exchange our tire or put on the donut tire and they helped us and we’re very nice and I definitely recommend going to them if you’re in a pinch.
Went in to get my trl lights looked at. Ask for jeff when you go in. He’s jam up!
