Fast and friendly. Clean facility.
I got tires at this location about a month prior and they were very courteous and excited to sell me tires. 2 hours later, my tpms light came on and come back for a flat repair a few days later. I’ve worked in this industry for years and I know and expect other customers to be waiting as well. I was told 2 hour wait time by the female manager, who seemed to not want to be bothered. I was ignored for about 15 minutes before I had to initiate some sort of conversation to even get her to acknowledge my presence at the counter. ... read more
