These people don't know how to mount a tire properly nor do they know how to properly air up a tire I showed up with 4 tires to have mounted and balanced and as simple of a job as that is they still managed to take 3½ hrs to do that then charged me almost $200 and on top of that they scratched all 4 rims this place is the worst I have ever been to for any work to be done definitely do not recommend!!!!
Highly do not recommend this place for an alignment. They pulled my truck in, looked under the front end and pulled it back out. Said they couldn't do an alignment because it had two different style of control arms and charged me. 🤦
Got stranded in Kennett and the vehicle wouldn't start. Walked 2 blocks and 2 mechanics came looked at it and it couldn't be fixed. But the guys were courteous and called a tow truck to take our truck back to Malden. Didn't charge us.

Called them to get new tires first time I called and the woman told me she hold tires till next day, called next day some guy said she shouldn't have told me that because I have to make an appointment before I even go in. so he made me an appt for the next day. I call up there and they are not even open. And scheduled me for next week without even telling me. Not good so far communication wise. Who schedules people for an appointment on a day they don't even work?? Kinda ignorant. Anyways I'll update if the appt goes better ... read more
