Asked if they can fix torsion bar and do an alignment. Had a good idea they didn't have a clue what the torsion bar is because it's not used much anymore and when you get a "huh" multiple times when asking if you can do the repair should've told me enough. Of course they do the alignment without adjusting the bar and just like the previous shop I went to said the truck would still pull left if the bar is not adjusted from sitting on the chassis. Not sure why they said they could do it.
Let me first start by saying the hard working gentleman that work on the cars are very understand and professional. Always had great service. Now, for the general manager. They changed the prices to some services by doubling the cost and is over charging us and stated that he doesn't care. I was a loyal customer but will start looking at other places.
