Disappointing, i took a flat tyre there today that i had removed from the car. My wife had driven on it for about 2kms from her work to the supermarket when she noticed it. I was called within 15 minutes and told that the 6 month old tyre was to damaged and needed replacing. I went back several hours later to pick it up and explained it was a toyota fleet car which meant i shouldnt have been out of pocket and was told it all too hard for them to organise and i would need to pay full price. LAZY AND RUDE
