These guys are great! On a recent trip from Melbourne to Gympie we were unlucky enough to have a bad puncture between Gunnedah and Tamworth. I had an emergency spare but needed to get a replacement full size tyre ASAP (a not-so-common Michelin for a Tesla M3). Excilent service
I would like to thank Terry and the crew for their professionalism. What a breath of fresh air. I had issues with another tyre shop trying to get a wheel alignment on my RAM 2500, they had the vehicle for a total of 8 hours over two days and couldn't get it right. Took it to Goodyear Tamworth and they fixed it straight away. After driving it for a bit I then realising there was a small issue. I have nothing but praise for Goodyear Tamworth. We were on holidays and discovered we had a punctured tyre. It was 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon and we were served by Hugh. Unlike Bob Jane across the road, Hugh was able to squeeze us in without any hesitation, eventhough they were clearly busy. Thank you for ensuring our safety and fixing our tyre. Goodyear Tamworth are an excellent example of exceptional service with customer care being their top priority - thank you!
Terry and his team are just amazing, nothing is to much trouble.Great service awesome staff and very good honest pricing every time. We would not go anywhere else for tyres or servicing.
