Disgusted that my son ordered tyres on Thursday and booked his car in to have them fitted today, Saturday. Sat in the carrpark for an hour and a half for them to tell him they don't have them in stock and to come back Monday or Tuesday. Wasted an hour drive each way plus the 1.5 hours waiting. Called them and they were blunt and didn't care less. Not even so much as "we are really sorry" or an offer of a dicount for THEIR mistake. Definitely taking our business elsewhere from now on!
We had some wheel problems on our road trip and pulled into RT. Zach got the problem diagnosed in minutes, fixed it and back on the road, hassle free. There's a lovely riverside park behind the shop where we took the kids while we waited. A pleasant solution to a stressful problem.
Great hassle free experience today. Bill was very helpful getting us back on the road after a blow out on our road trip. Tyres were in stock and being repaired within minutes. Couldn't have been happier with the service from a genuine good bloke named Bill.
Made a booking using their online system, mentioned in the notes I had a slow leak of one tyre. Got a text telling me that I could bring the car in soon as I would like. I was served by a gentleman named Zak, a very polite and professional employee. The tyre was promptly repaired. Thanks to all involved, much appreciated, especially at such short notice.
I found the man in the office to be quite rude and un friendly will not return
