Very kindly fitted me in for pink slip check as I had left it quite late. Good customer service overall.
I went there for my pink slip ( referred by a mechanic friend ) he pretty much nitpicked every little thing he could to try and make some dollars, told me I needed three new tyres told me that my license plate light was out, Went to a Mechanic two minutes down the road Who told me if it was his decision he would only make me replace two tires, and the license plate Light had nothing wrong with it 10/10 do not go there unless you want to be ripped off
Way over priced and took a long time and asked for a quote and never received one and charged me 4,000 for a minor service and a turbo
They worked on my stepdad's van ($2,393), and when my parents drove to Cooma, the van broke down. Not good. I bloody hope they reimburse my step-dad for all the towing (from Cooma) and utter inconvenience this has caused!
They do good work but rather expensive labour cost at $180 an hour. The merchant fee for credit card payment was high for the amount I paid, the option to save on this wasn’t given, e.g. bank transfer maybe for a $2000+bill. I might shop around next time.
