Had a service and upon getting the noted further work done with them the engine splash shield was left unbolted to scrape along the ground. The car was running terribly as they left it with a dirty throttle body causing it to constantly lurch at idle due to low rpm to keep the engine running. I emailed them the pictures and videos, asked them to look at it, and after another day with the car I drove a minute down the road before warning lights came on for the VLS system. Can’t recommend these guys enough! I originally went in with a punctured tyre and they fit me in straight away. It was super quick, easy and everyone was really friendly. I went back today for a full service before I move, and once again they were amazing. They explained everything to me, let me know what needed doing, and made the whole process really easy. Such a friendly team and great customer service. It’s nice finding a mechanic you can actually trust. Thanks again!
I went to Goodyear North Lakes after noticing a bubble in one of my tyres and asked them to have it looked at and fixed. They noticed wheel alignment was out. They initially offered me a $480 tyre. I then asked what they would do if it was their car, and what best practice would be. Rather than clearly explaining the full issue, including the alignment concern, they recommended the $580 tyre, so I went ahead with that option. If you are a female then the wool will be pulled over your eyes and when questioning them the response will be aggressive, abusive and disrespectful. I’ve been getting my car serviced here for sometime and the past few times I have noticed my car has been driven more than road testing with significant kms added to the clock.
